Stephanie asked me to type this out for her so I thought I'd go ahead and put it here, too. These cookies are delicious. They filled many a cookie jar in our home. I need to remember to post a photo!
This recipe makes a lot of cookies so quite often, I bake a dozen or so for us and then freeze the rest. I scoop cookies individually onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and then place them in the deep freeze to freeze an hour or two. (Set a timer so you do not forget them!).
Then they can be tossed into Ziploc freezer bags and taken out when you want to bake them by placing on a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper and placed in the preheated oven per instructions. Add a minute or two to baking time.
